Choose your design pathway.

We provide a structured architectural framework to ensure your project is designed to budget, technically sound, and visually stunning.

The Three Stages of Design

Regardless of the pathway you choose, every project moves through our proven framework

  • Stage 1: Concept & 3D Experience

We build your garden virtually. You’ll receive cinematic fly-throughs and a Web Stand-alone link that lets you walk through the model on your own device.

  • Stage 2: Design Intent & Documentation

We translate the vision into technical blueprints—planting schedules, set-out plans, and lighting intent—ready for council (DA/BA) or builder quoting.

  • Stage 3: Implementation Support

We act as the "Design Guardian" during construction, assisting with builder selection, sourcing high-quality native stock, and conducting on-site consultations.

Common Questions

“Can't we just do the landscaping after the house is built?”

You can, but it is often significantly more expensive. Once the builder leaves and fences go up, machine access is lost. This means earthworks and material handling must be done by hand, often doubling labour costs. We recommend engaging us during the architectural design phase to coordinate earthworks and levels.

“Why a 3D Master Plan?”

The cost of refining a design on screen is a tiny fraction of the cost of moving concrete on-site. Our Enscape 3D process eliminates "design regret" by letting you see the result before you spend a dollar on construction.

“What is "Design Intent"?”

We provide the aesthetic and spatial roadmap. While our plans are highly technical, any structural or drainage engineering must be finalized by your builder or a qualified engineer to meet Australian standards.

"Why do you use exclusively Native plants?"

We design for the climate reality of the Sunshine Coast. Exotic gardens require high water inputs and chemical fertilisers to survive our drought/deluge cycles. Our native palettes are designed to be architectural, resilient, and low-maintenance, protecting your investment long-term.
