Our Design Process
A successful landscape is the result of careful planning, not guesswork. We follow a structured architectural process to ensure your project is designed to budget, sustainable by nature, and visually stunning.
-
Stage 1: Concept & Visualisation
This is where the vision comes to life. We analyse your site conditions and architecture to produce a comprehensive concept.
· Site Analysis & Native Ecology Review.
· 2D Concept Layouts (Vectorworks).
· Immersive 3D Experience: We provide a Web Stand-alone link that allows you to explore your future garden in 3D on your phone or computer.
· Video Walk-throughs & Renders.
-
Stage 2: Master Planning & Documentation
Once the concept is approved, we create the "Design Intent" documentation required for quoting and installation.
· Detailed Native Planting Plans & Schedules: Species, spacing, and pot sizes.
· Hardscape Set-Out Plans: Dimensions for decks, paths, and pools.
· Material & Finishes Schedules: Specifications for pavers, timber, and aggregates.
· Lighting Layout Plans.
· Note: We provide Design Intent documentation. Structural engineering and drainage details are to be provided by your builder or engineer.
-
Stage 3: Design Support
We remain involved during the build to ensure the aesthetic vision is realised.
· Builder Tendering & Selection.
· On-site Design Consultations during the build.
· Plant stock selection and placement.
Design Fees & Investment
Every site is unique. To ensure the highest standard of native design and 3D visualisation, our Full-Service Design Fees typically range between $9,800 and $14,700 + GST, depending on the complexity of the site and the scope of works.
The Initial Consultation: Every project begins with an on-site consultation to assess the property and discuss your goals. Following this meeting, you will receive a fixed-fee proposal outlining exactly what your design package will cost.
