Stage 2 (Design Intent & Documentation): Creating the technical blueprints.

Pathway 1: The Architectural Native Master Plan
The Roadmap for the Informed Builder
This pathway is focused on the "Digital Twin." It is designed for homeowners or architects who want a technical, high-precision roadmap that can be handed over to a professional landscape contractor for execution.
What’s Included: Stages 1 and 2.
The Deliverable: You receive a complete suite of Enscape 3D renders, cinematic fly-throughs, and technical 2D documentation (planting schedules, material intents, and lighting layouts).
The Investment: From $9,500 + GST.
Best For: Those who already have a builder in place or are comfortable managing the construction phase themselves, but want the total visual certainty that only a 3D Master Plan can provide.
Pathway 2: The Full-Service Implementation
The Journey of Design Guardianship
This is our most comprehensive partnership. It is designed for high-end builds where the complexity of the architectural integration requires a steady hand during the construction phase. I act as your Design Guardian, ensuring that the vision we created in 3D is exactly what is realized on-site.
What’s Included: Stages 1, 2, and 3.
The Deliverable: Everything in the Master Plan, plus builder tendering support, on-site design consultations, and specialist native plant sourcing.
The Investment: From $14,500 + GST.
Best For: Time-poor clients or projects with intricate site challenges who want the security of knowing their designer is overseeing the aesthetic and horticultural integrity of the build until handover.

1. Your Construction Timeline If you are still 12 months away from breaking ground, the Master Plan is the perfect starting point to secure your vision. If you are already under construction or looking for a turnkey experience, Full-Service provides the necessary oversight for a fast-moving site.
2. Your Level of Involvement Do you enjoy being the "Project Manager" for your own home? If so, the Master Plan provides the technical tools you need to lead the way. If you prefer to have a single professional point of contact to handle the builder queries and nursery sourcing, Full-Service is the right choice.
3. The Complexity of the Site Steep slopes, coastal exposure, or complex architectural sightlines often require Design Guardianship. Having a designer on-site to make real-time adjustments ensures that site challenges don't compromise the design intent.
