This pathway combines the technical precision of our Master Plan with active, expert support during the construction phase. It is a partnership model where I function as your design representative on-site, ensuring that the "Design Intent" we’ve spent months refining is never lost in translation.
The Implementation Scope includes:
Full Master Planning: Everything included in our Stage 1 & 2 (3D Renders, Fly-throughs, and technical Documentation).
Builder Tendering Support: We assist you in reviewing quotes and selecting a qualified landscape contractor who understands the complexity of the project.
On-site Design Consultations: I conduct periodic site visits during key construction phases to ensure the physical build matches the digital model.
Specialist Plant Sourcing: We coordinate directly with specialist native nurseries to hand-select stock, ensuring you get the best specimens available rather than nursery seconds.
Final Handover: A final walk-through to ensure the vision has been fully realised and to provide you with initial establishment guidance.

How we collaborate with your builder
It is important to note that while we provide on-site support, we do not act as the principal contractor or structural engineer. We focus on the Implementation of Design Intent. This means we oversee the planting, levels, and finishes, while your licensed builder remains responsible for the structural integrity and site safety. This collaborative approach ensures the best of both worlds: architectural precision and horticultural excellence.
