INVENTORY & ANALYSISPhase 01: The Site Diagnostic
Every high-performance garden begins with data. We don't just "look" at your yard; we perform a clinical audit of the physical forces acting upon your land:
Topography & Drainage: Mapping slopes to manage water flow and prevent erosion.
Micro-climates: Identifying "heat islands" and wind tunnels unique to your property.

THE SPATIAL BLUEPRINTPhase 02: Functional Layout Logic
This is the most critical step—and the one most landscapers skip. Before we select a single species, we organize the space using Functional Diagrams. We map out your "Outdoor Rooms" based on how you actually move:
Circulation: Ensuring logical flow between the kitchen, the pool, and the fire pit.
Utility Zones: Hiding the "necessary" (tanks, bins, sheds) so they don't disrupt the "sanctuary."

CONSTRUCTION-READY DOCUMENTATIONPhase 03: The Regenerative Master Plan
Once the logic is locked in, we translate it into a formal Master Plan. This is your property’s "Source of Truth." It is a precise technical document that includes:
Hardscape Specifications: Dimensions for paths, decks, and structures.
Regenerative Planting Schedule: A 100% native species list chosen for biodiversity and low-input resilience.

We are designers, not builders. This distinction is your greatest protection. Because we don't profit from the construction, we have no incentive to "over-engineer" your project or sell you expensive materials you don't need.
Our only goal is the integrity of the design. With a Regenerative Designs Master Plan in hand, you own the intellectual property. You can take our plans to three different builders to get competitive, apples-for-apples quotes—giving you total control over your budget and the final result.
