The Site Strategy Session is a high-impact, on-site consultation designed to diagnose your site’s constraints and reveal its hidden potential through the lens of Spatial Logic and Regenerative Ecology.

What We Cover in 90 Minutes

Environmental Audit

We map the "Invisible forces"—sun angles, prevailing winds, drainage patterns, and soil health specific to your pocket of the Coast.

Spatial Problem Solving

We identify the "choke points" in your current layout and determine where your outdoor "rooms" should actually live.

The Functional Sketch

Using the Spatial Logic Framework, I will create a hand-drawn "bubble diagram" on-site to show you how circulation and privacy should flow.

Ecological Potential

We discuss the specific native biomes that will thrive on your site without the need for high-maintenance irrigation or exotic fertilizers.

The Deliverable

Your Site Strategy Memo

Within 48 hours of our session, you will receive a professional Strategy Memo (PDF). This isn't a vague email; it’s a technical summary of our findings, including:

  1. Top 3 Site Constraints (and how to solve them).

  2. Proposed Functional Map (The logic of your future garden).

  3. Regenerative Species List (The "workhorse" natives for your soil type).

  4. Estimated Project Scope (To help you talk to builders with confidence).

Price: $495 (Standard Residential) / $650 (Acreage/Complex Slopes)
Important Information:

  • Payment: You'll receive an invoice to secure your booking within 24 hours, weekdays. Your booking will be confirmed when your payment is received.

  • The Design Credit: Should you choose to proceed to a full Regenerative Master Plan following our session, 50% of this session fee will be credited toward your Design Contract.

  • Pre-Session Prep: Once booked, you will receive a short Site Questionnaire. Please complete this at least 24 hours before our meeting to ensure we maximize our 90 minutes on-site.

  • Location: Service area includes Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Noosa, and Coastal regions. (A travel levy will apply for sites south of Caloundra or north of Gympie).
