Clear steps to a better build.

We don’t do quick garden makeovers or free quotes for retaining walls. We provide complete site planning in three clear stages.

Whether you are staring at an empty block of land or looking at a fresh set of house drawings, the first step is always to figure out what the site actually needs.

We break our work down into stages so you only move forward when you are completely confident in the direction we are heading.

Stage 1: The Site Walk

The starting point for every project.

Before anyone starts drawing, we meet you out on the block. We spend a couple of hours walking the land together. We look at the natural slopes, figure out where the water goes, and see how the sun hits the property.

We listen to what you want to achieve and give you honest, practical advice on what will actually work on your specific site. You walk away with a clear understanding of your block's potential and the hurdles you need to plan for.

Stage 2: The Plan Review

For clients who already have house drawings.

If you have draft plans from a builder or building designer, we sit down and review them before they get locked in.

We look for the common mistakes that happen when the focus is only on the inside of the house. We check if the roofline blocks your winter sun, if the outdoor seating areas are actually big enough to use, and if the layout makes sense when you walk out the back door. We suggest the tweaks needed to make the house and the yard work as one single space.

Stage 3: The Complete Masterplan

The final blueprint for your property.

This is where everything comes together. We map out the entire block from the boundary lines in. We decide exactly where the driveway goes, the best spot for the pool, and how the paths connect it all together.

Once the layout is locked in, we select the specific Australian native plants that will thrive in each specific spot on your block.

We hand you a fully detailed, scaled drawing. You can hand this masterplan straight to a landscape contractor, and they will know exactly what to build and where to plant, without any guesswork.
